Claire Kemp
With over two decades of experience living, working, and giving back to the Bitterroot Valley, Claire Kemp brings a rare combination of local knowledge, professional skill, and genuine care to her real estate practice. A graduate of Carroll College, where she earned her degree in Writing, Cum Laude, Claire has always valued communication, creativity, and connection. After running a successful women’s boutique for 13 years, she stepped into community leadership as Executive Director of the Hamilton Downtown Association and later served as a Hamilton City Councilor.
These roles deepened her understanding of what makes this valley thrive—and how to navigate its growth with vision and integrity. Outside of real estate, Claire is a mother of two amazing children, a marathon runner, and a dance fitness instructor. Her love of Montana’s great outdoors—whether hiking, biking, skiing, or spending summer days on the lake—mirrors the lifestyle so many of her clients dream of when they choose to call the Bitterroot home. Today, Claire combines her business acumen, community leadership, and personal passion for the valley to help clients buy and sell with confidence.
